You can use the link below to set up and access your individual Vello Pet Portal page. On this page, you will be able to see and make edits to your contact information and your pet's information. You will also see your pets vaccine status, any suggested upcoming care or diagnostics, important health information, and any active prescriptions. You can also personalize your account by uploading pictures of your pets for easier identification in the event of a lost or missing pet.

Currently, we are able to use Vello to send reminders for scheduled appointments and upcoming vaccination due dates, online appointment requests, text/email payment options, and digital surgery/boarding consent forms.

Please note - email and phone number entered to set up your Vello account must match what we have in our software here at the clinic for it to process properly. If the information you are entering does not work, you can either contact us to update your account information or try a different number/email in your household.
